The Dow Water & Process Solutions (DW&PS), Jubail-II site, is a 24-hour/7-day operation including holidays. Actual schedules and work days may vary depending upon current openings.
Quality Coordinator acts as an ISO Quality Management System subject matter expert; ensuring that the production site complies with Dow Water & Process Solution - Reverse Osmosis (DWPS-RO) business procedures and Operating Discipline Management System (ODMS).
This position ensures product quality and customer satisfaction through quality improvement programs and performs quality training for site personnel..
Quality responsibilities:
Ensures Plant Operating Discipline procedures and guidelines meet quality requirements.
Populates the One Stop Communication tool on a regular basis. Coaches plant personnel on the use of quality systems to achieve Plant quality goals.
Works with plant personnel to identify issues and improve quality through the use of tracking tools
Establishes and manages the plant Quality System audit program. Participates in the review of plant projects having a potential impact on product quality. Works with business and plant personnel to introduce new products. Acts as the liaison between the Business, Plant and Site Quality system / network. Check MOC, Management Of Change, book daily for outdated temporary MOCs. Track department yields. Work with the department Quality Team/Cell Lead Technicians/Production Engineers to correct yield issues Submit Management of Change (MOC) for Quality as needed Participating member of the department Quality Team Train new employees per New Team Member Integration Plan Act as a backup to the Shift Quality Coordinator for autopsies.
Feedback DMR and other quality information to operators/ Cell Lead Technicians /Production Engineers/Line Leader Present quality information as needed at department communication meetings
Must be willing to come in off shift for meetings
Provide quality reports to KSA Reverse Osmosis site Plant contact for issues regarding quality and the Corrective Action Management Process (CAMP) and tools to address customer issues.
Apply Six Sigma tools to quality issues
Manage ISO 9002 and other relevant issues
Lead project to improve fabrication department yields Audit and administer quality tracking systems (cell quality checks, autopsy results, DMR’s, etc.) Accountable for the plant’s “Equipment Training Process” steps that are assigned to this role per Training RACI Chart
