A minimum of eight (8) years construction experience
with minimum five (5) years experience in the quantity surveying and cost estimating
construction works, materials and equipment. Four (4) years experience in the Middle East or similar environment required. Must have strong technical and administrative background to satisfy reporting and documentation requirement .
