- Determine the manpower needs for the company
- Attract and select the suitable candidates for the available vacancies
- Supervise on the overseas recruitment processes with cooperation of overseas recruitment agencies.
- Supervise the recruitment team performance and provide them with needed support and training.
- Develop the recruitment process and suggest the suitable solution for that.
- Assist in preparing the recruitment budget and expenses for the company.
- Supervise the development and training programs as the yearly evaluation.
