• Documentation and Reporting
o Monitoring the quantities available on stock.
o Report on daily basis on the quantities available in the stock.
• Personnel/ Coordination
o Assist Construction Department and Procurement Department: stock and “in/out” material
o Coordinate with subcontractors in order to deliver them the material approved.
• Controlling
o Check all materials when they arrive on Site in coordination with the QA/QC section.
o Inform in an immediate basis the Construction Manager when material requested is no more available
o Protect all delivered goods on Site in order to avoid any damage and organize loading/ unloading of all materials up until their final location.
• Ethics
o Ensure best Ethics practices are enforced within all project activities
• Others
o Perform other tasks as may be required by the management or/and for the good progress of the project.
