Job Responsibilities
1. Work directly with job seekers assigned to his or her caseload, including managing complex cases, and progressing individuals towards sustainable employment.
2. Ability to lead small groups and provide both one-on-one and group training sessions
3. Ability and permission to travel to job seeker work sites as needed (driver provided in female-only sites)
4. Ability to work closely with employers and negotiate terms and conditions of employment contracts on behalf of job seekers
5. Ability to balance between working independently and identify situations requiring consultation and team-approach to problem solving difficult cases
6. Responsible for all aspects of the job seeker’s journey, including referral and interface with other stakeholders (such as treating doctors, community organisations and the Human Resources Development Fund)
7. Work to the highest levels of quality, maintaining accurate records, interfacing with MAXIMUS systems, and providing other reports as required
8. Provide feedback and observations with the aim of improving operations and identifying innovative methodologies to deliver services
9. Develop and maintain effective communications with HRDF Tawafuq Team and Taqat JPC Team.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management relevant to the execution of the Tawafuq Programme
