Job Purpose:
To execute the sales activities for pre sales customers, ensuring timely deliveries and the achievement of sales targets
Sales requirements collection & Analysis
• Visit pre sales in the assigned area as per his route plan to actively sell products
• Collect the sales orders and invoices from the customers and communicate the orders to the Supervisor
• File and maintain all the stamped and delivered invoices
• Educate the pre sales customers on the new product lines of Arasco Food chicken, promotions and incentive schemes, if any
• Follow and collect sales receivables from the assigned pre sales in the area
• Communicate the order status to the pre saless and coordinate with delivery team for on time delivery at the designated pre sales area warehouse
• Coordinate with relevant officials of the pre sales to resolve any discrepancies in sales order
• Assist the supervisor in preparing sales performance report for the outlets in the assigned area
• Provide on ground support to marketing / branding / merchandizing teams to execute any marketing initiative in the presales outlets monitored by him
• Report quality complaints and customer satisfaction reports to the Supervisor
• Maintain a database of various pre sales customer outlets within the assigned area and their historic orders of Entaj Chicken by product mix
• Assist the supervisor in preparing sales performance report for the outlets in the assigned area
• Provide on ground support to marketing / branding / merchandizing teams to execute any marketing initiative in the pre-sales outlets monitored by him
• Reach out to the prospective presales customers in the region and try to add them to the existing customer portfolio
• Ensure compliance to the safety policies and procedures
• Ensure expiry product management at the pre sales customer outlets
• Collect cash from pre sales customers and ensure safe deposit with the office
