Account Development Manager - American Express KSA

Job Specific Accountabilities

ô Posts Account templates creation by the acquisition manager, the

ADM is responsible to grow billings of the account, propose and

implement new solutions via B2B spend streams to existing

clients.

ô Conducts in-depth Account Reviews and identify growth potential

within B2B spend that compliments ongoing Account growth

beyond regular T&E initiatives. Including areas such as

Utilities/Suppliers/Petty Cash Expenses etc. ADM will study client

requirements and implement new programs & procedures

throughout the client base and achieve overall profit objectives.

ô Creates and updates decks (account review templates) for each

Corporate within Portfolio as part of their regular visits and provide

MI to track performance / success by Corporate and by overall

Portfolio.

ô Ensures highest levels of service quality, manage customer attrition

& support debt management by encompass prompt client servicing

& solving ongoing customer issues.

ô Identifies and participates in Market/Industry Events that may

directly/in-directly impact his client base.

ô Reviews challenges impacting growth of customer billing and

recommend tactical marketing opportunities, suggest appropriate

sponsorships/forums & PR activity.
