The Acquisition Manager (AM) is primarily responsible for the acquisition of Corporate’s (companies) headquartered in Saudi Arabia, within the desired target segment. The jobholder is responsible for the strategic and tactical Business Development of the assigned geographical area, with a clear mandate to maximise AMEX market share by Corporate’s within the said target market.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Monthly acquisition of Corporations within Target segment, with strong growth potential, as per agreed target.
- The role typically involve the standard acquisition cycles, ranging from prospecting & account qualification, need assessment, designing the value proposition, submitting a formal bid, getting the buy and implementation.
Effective set-up and implementation of new business.
- Jobholder is to interface with various levels and divisions of the client locally and regionally, to acquire, onboard and implement new business.
Identifying and analyzing the key opportunities within the assigned marketplace
- Specifically aiming for expansions within the Global & Multinational/ Large market sectors and ensuring that the right strategic approach and plans are utilized.
Review Marketing opportunities
- Proactively conduct research and various data gathering activities, including networking and understanding the market, competition and the challenges that impact the acquisition of customer business.
-Recommend on-the-ground tactical marketing opportunities and suggest appropriate sponsorships, forums and PR activity.
Ensure the compliance with local regulatory requirements and AMEX compliance standards.
- Regularly monitor and ensure appropriate compliance requirements and procedures are adhered to.
