• Keeping her station area around her clean at all times.
• Holding the preparation list found on the allocated section.
• Starting executing daily preparation requirements on her section based on the Prep Sheet to be full for the switch from day to night shift.
• Clean food storage containers and rotate all food:
Labeling ( Production date, Expiry date, name of the item)
• Clear dish area of all dishes, putting dishes in designated area.
• Call Stewards to :
Clean garbage bins from inside and outside
Throw rubbish
Wash all walls
Sweep and mop all floors, stairs and passage ways.
