Talent Select Co. is looking for "Sales Manager" for a company in Riyadh, KSA who will be responsible for the following :
- Guide the activities of the projects sales department and its team.
- Facilitate effective showroom presentation, display and pricing.
- Greet key customers, dealing with their inquiries as appropriate.
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Insures that all Account Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
- Demonstrates ability and dealing with key customers on an individual basis.
- Conducts regular coaching and counseling with Account Executives to build motivation and selling skills.
- Liaise with workshop team for customer requests for renovations etc...
- To interact and cooperate with all company employees.
