Responsibilities:
• Reinforce training initiatives’ in the organization through conducting hands - on - training both operational and soft skills to staff.
• Assist in the implementation of new standard modules of training, keeping abreast of the industry norms.
• Assist in preparation of Annual training plans & Calendars
• Support in evaluating the effectiveness of Training programs
• Promoting high standards of quality foods preparation and service, sanitation, safety and the customer relations.
• Marketing the food and services training sessions in such way to promote increased participation and interest.
• Providing a pleasant up to standards environment for trainees and actively supporting a courteous staff.
• Providing on and off -the - job training for new hired staff, informing manager, assistant managers, Supervisors trainees and staff on company rules, regulations and procedures.
• Documenting employees in training progress and the completion of their assignments.
• Establish and ensure compliance with standardized recipes, charts, and operations manual procedures.
• Participating in Managers briefings and training sessions at the store level and attending all area Supervisors meetings.
• Motivating employees to participate in professional self improvement activities and programs.
• Provides quality food inspections audits on store level.
• Provide home delivery training & procedures
