As an ambassador of a world-renowned luxury french pastry brand, the Boutique Manager will be responsible for managing the operations of a retail shop in Jeddah.
His role includes:
- Overseeing the boutique operations on a daily basis
- Training the sales team and ensuring brand standards are well implemented
- Setting yearly sales targets & budgets
- Handling all B2B requests
- Monitoring & analyzing boutique performance and constantly suggesting ways to improve results
- Liaising & coordinating with the Head Office in Qatar on all operation requirements, procurement, marketing & communication activities, HR, and other
- Other related tasks as required by the business
