Progress Personnel are acting on behalf of a well-known Saudi Construction company who are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Construction Manager.
The company is well-known as a deliverer of major projects in the heavy industry (oil / gas /power / marine) sectors.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager, you will be supervising a team of project engineers and surveyors for the lifespan of the project. You will be responsible for strict compliance of the construction activities with all local and international codes and compliances strictly adhered to.
You will be responsible for planning, deployment, coordination, production, and completion of all materials, plant, machinery and crew. Your experience should ensure all sub-contractors and material suppliers work in sync with the project teams from initial project start-up to completion and handover.
You will be educated to a minimum of BSC standard at a reputable University, and will preferably demonstrate post-graduate certification in project management qualifications.
You will have a minimum of 10 years experience of Construction Management in the delivery of either petrochemical, marine or civil engineering projects.
You will be a fluent Arabic speaker.
You will be preferably a Lebanese, Jordanian, British or Greek national to comply with Iqama Visa restrictions.
You will have experience of working in the Gulf States, preferably in KSA.
