Job Description:
* Internal stakeholders are the line of service leaders in KSA for Assurance, Advisory and Tax plus the KSA Country Senior Partner and the PwC Saudi Arabia Leadership team;
* Directly responsible for a team of up to 15 in the HC Operations team in KSA;
* Leads the HC function in KSA in line with the MER HC strategic direction and responsible for delivering HC Operations for up to 600 employees in four office locations - Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar & Dammam;
* Manage HC Operations in KSA and make sure that HC data is secured, updated and managed properly to generate various types of HC reports;
* Identify ways to improve and enhance the quality of current HC Services and Operations and drive forward changes to deliver improvements;
* Lead performance management and appraisal process in KSA;
* Facilitate the salary review, annual bonus and promotions exercise at the end of each performance management cycle in coordination with KSA line of service leaders;
* Lead the implementation of MER HC programs/projects in KSA and report work in progress to the ME HC Operations leadership team & Saudi Leadership Team;
* Work closely with the MER Recruitment Director and KSA recruitment manager to facilitate the recruitment activities in KSA;
* Work closely with the MER L&D Director to facilitate the implementation of L&D programs/projects in KSA;
* Keep up to date with local regulations and employment law changes;
* Oversee the implementation of Saudisation Strategy in line with MER Nationalization program;
* Represent HC on the Saudi Leadership monthly meetings
* Work closely with KSA Line of Service leaders and address any HC issues coming from their LoS;
* Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve HC data management in coordination with MER HC operations;
* Manage team and work with government departments to secure employment visas for PwC KSA.
Requirements:
* You will be educated to a minimum of degree level and ideally be professionally qualified (e.g. HR BCs or equivalent). Work experience would have demonstrated Minimum 8 years HR generalist experience.
* Extensive experience and knowledge of HR practices and processes (benefits, compensation, payroll, recruiting, training, administration, time and attendance).
* Experince from Big 4 - International Firms preferred
* Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision making skills.
* Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic
* Knowledge and experience of the Middle East Region is required;
