KSA Market Research Industry Lead (Consumer Experiences) - GfK Middle East FZ LLC

Key Individual Accountabilities

• Assists the Country Manager CE with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans

• Maintain current Clients’ portfolio and develop new businesses

• Ensure high quality Client Servicing (proposals, presentations, sales materials, Client meetings, etc.)

• Implement efficient processes within his/her Client Service team

• Fully exploit both Internal & External Client opportunities

• Oversee preparation of an Annual Report summarizing progress on short and long range plans

• Research and write discussion papers, analysis documents and proposals as needed to assist the Country Manager CE in determining and meeting its long and short term goals

• Works closely with regional and global client teams

• Oversee preparation of annual budget, regular variance statements and annual audit

• Ensure optimization of Client Service department’s costs

• Ensure client and vendor file integrity (documents, analytical information where required, communication notations, etc.)

• Continuously provide support to Finance team and ensure accuracy of Client Service Department related records including A/R, A/P, Inventory, etc.

• Oversee and ensure high quality standards at all times

• Ensure compliance with quality control standards, regulatory compliance, and lease agreements



Key Shared Accountabilities

• Fully supports regional & CE+CC integrations and drives proactively the organization towards achieving these goals

• Organize the availability of company members for media/PR events as necessary

• Manage press development

• Co-ordinate the invitation of potential future Clients and supporters of the company

• Recruitment and contracting of company and project staff

• Employee development and training for the Client Service team

• Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting

• Provide vision regarding overall financial health of the company to Finance

• Ensure optimization of operational costs together with Finance

• Assist in development of forms and tools to increase company efficiency and risk management
