Age: 25 - 35.
Education : BS Chemistry / Food Technology Graduate or other related fields.
Minimum: 4 years in snack foods, bakery/biscuit, or in similar food manufacturing environment, 2 years of which in supervisory capacity.
Knowledge on ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System; HACCP; GMP; GLP.
Can perform physical and chemical tests and operate food laboratory testing equipment and statistics of test results.
Knowledge on raw materials inspection and analysis.
Excellent safety records. Good in communication skills, with good decision making abilities and interpersonal skill. Computer literate.
Excellent working attitude. Can work under minimum supervision. Demonstrated ability to handle people in multi-cultural environment.
Good command of English, Fluent in written, spoken Arabic and Microsoft Excel.
