•To inspect and continually monitor the conformity of packaging material and final products to quality standards at all levels of operation to ensure the delivery of superior quality products to customers/ consumers.
•Perform tasks in safely manner as stated in policies and procedure to avoid time and product losses.
•Supervise and assign specific responsibilities to personnel
•Responsible for ensuring employees are meeting their required goals per day in a safe manner.
•Provide consistent guidance, team building and coaching.
•Complete quality and productivity reports in a timely manner.
•Develop processes and write procedures that ensure consistent, efficient, and high quality output.
•Assists the quality assurance group with data collection, data entry, and analysis.
•Will initiate and deliver disciplinary actions as necessary.
•Maintains a high degree of facility and equipment cleanliness and sanitation to ensure product quality.
•Provides technical and administrative support to assist in problem solving for existing and new processes.
•Demonstrates a deep understanding of the processes and procedures for Fabric Cutting Department and Raw Materials Department
