Overview
Develop, manage and execute a growing and profitable market position in Saudi and is responsible for establishing, maintaining & expanding a close relationship with strategically important large customer as well as providing overall direction on meeting customers’ Global Agreement Requirements.
Responsibilities
Sales development&execution (40%)
- Develops and executes sales strategies that deliver profitable growth in the assigned territory according to the business plan, with emphasis on achieving the greatest possible sales volume & margins,
- Achieves annual sales budget by proactively identifying business opportunities, developing, negotiating and closing commercial deals with new or existing customers,
- Develops and maintains an ongoing, effective key account program that provides management with measurable goals, objectives, strategies, tactics, programs, and other pertinent information on selected key account customers,
- Defines pricing policy and works with the Inside Sales team in developing costs and winning proposals,
- Provides technical expertise and leadership in identifying and providing technical solutions to meet customer products and services needs and maximize products and services capabilities and awareness,
- Develops, maintains and monitors a network of distributors and representatives for his segment and recommends adjustments to third parties’ sales/marketing strategies as necessary, supervises and provides support to this network in selling TDW products & services,
- Plans TDW participation in trade association meetings/fairs and represents the company to promote products and services,
- Provides International Contractor business liaison with the other locations across the Hemisphere;
Key account management (50%)
- Develops and maintains customer intimacy with assigned key accounts(Aramco), ensures that TDW is present with all present product & service portfolio and truly provides dedicated account management for all product and services lines, including international contractor projects where these POCs are the end destination,
- Continuously measures and monitors volume of business done with the POCs (ex. Aramco) in the Region;
- Develop new solutions offering including cross-segment opportunities and developing the necessary account plan needed to gain approval to realize the opportunity in conjunction with the Market Segment Director.
Strategic Watch &Reporting(10%)
- Develops and maintains strategic market intelligence of competition’s product/service offerings, ensures the information is shared within the organization and recommends changes to maintain a competitive position,
- Prepares all necessary reports, forecasts and other reports as requested by the management in a timely and accurate manner, with input from the sales team, representatives and distributors.
Relationships with others:
- Reports to the Director, Middle-East Africa,
- Works closely with the Middle-East sales team and the customer service team in Nivelles & India to answer customers’ requests,
- Liaises with other TDW entities to keep updated on TDW products & services and development,
- Maintains strong partnership with all customers in the territory and more specifically with the POCs.
