Sales Specialist

JOB PURPOSE:

Representing, promoting & selling Life Science products in his territory.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



• Covering the territory by arranging regular visits to all customers introducing the products.

• Targeting potential customers to do more focus promoting the products and arranging demos in coordination with our concern service engineer.

• Preparing and submitting the offers, and then following with the customer to secure the order.

• Confirming ordered items to the manufacturer according to customer's order.

• Following with purchasing department till receiving items in our warehouse.

• Submitting (goods issuance form) to our account department to issue the invoice.

• Submitting the installation request (only for equipments) to maintenance department to arrange for the installation.

• Following with warehouse & maintenance to complete the delivery and installation.

• Coordinating with collection department to assure the receiving of all documents required for payment process.

• Collection of money for cash invoices.

• Coordination with warehouse keeper to have weekly update for the stock.

• Providing weekly report to the supervisor.
