Ensures laid down objectives for sales and marketing through various channels like retail, corporate and other alternative channels from top management for sales and promotions activities.
Ensures the sales targets are allocated appropriately across the various channels and continuously explores possibilities or feasibility of alternative channels of sales.
Monitors the market dynamics continuously and coordinates with other functions to maximize sales.
Monitors performance of sales continuously and guides the activities across the various channels.
Plans brand promotions and drives effective roll-out to achieve planned increase in market coverage / share.
Continuously expands the customer base in bulk cash and corporate channels.
Collaborate in analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company.
Advises product development on customer tastes or preferences and competition for development of new products.
Ensures customer satisfaction with focus on both retail and bulk buyers.
Implements specific performance standards in such key areas as sales targets; evaluates performance against these standards; coaches and assists the personnel in improving their performance.
Ensures that sales personnel are competent as well as trained adequately.
Follows procedures of reporting on performance, budgets and other reports required from time to time to the Division Manager.
