Senior Brand Manager - Manpower Middle East

Our client, a well known FMCG company is currently recruiting for a Senior Brand Manager . This position will be based in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. You will be directly reporting to the Consumer Marketing Manager KSA



Job Purpose:

• Develop strategies

• Execute, monitor and Evaluate

• To grow market share



Principal Responsibilities:



Market intelligence:

Consumer knowledge:

• Assess information gaps and propose/validate research plan

• Planning, implementation and validating consumer research briefings to insure relevance vs. local consumers

• Assist to consumer researches when feasible (qualitative) & comment results



Market knowledge

• Follow & comment market & competition data reports

• Do necessary ad hoc analysis to get a better understanding of local data

• CORA knowledge: do and update an evaluation of legal environment vs. A&P

• Monitoring and analysing market trends

• Studying competitors' products and services



Brand knowledge & strategy:



Brand knowledge:

• Company’s brands strategy through consumer funnel.

• Brand Guidelines

• Trademarks



Portfolio & innovation strategies

• Pricing strategy

• Operational Plan preparation: Responsibility of Brand & consumer related parts

• Distribution including channel strategy



Strategic Planning:



In cooperation with market manager, GCC consumer marketing manager and in line with brand global strategy prepare the mid and long term brand development strategy
