Support departmental web sites and web applications and graphics design needs by designing, building, maintaining and coordinating all aspects of on-line and off-line content and programs; facilitating customer relations with constituents using departmental web and graphic services.
Develops and maintains website and web based projects by producing graphics, designs and copy layouts for online and offline content; creating, designing and documenting the process to implement projects; communicating with vendors; resolving problems; making recommendations for improvements; identifying, resolving and testing issues and implementing results.
Supports customer relations by providing information regarding department programs and software; identifying program needs; creating/editing documentation for all online service modules.
Manages/updates web presence by ensuring that all content is current on the web sites; editing text and images on a web page; cropping, resizing, scanning, etc to make images web ready; continually working to offer a dynamic experience using current technologies.
