Our Operations consultants typically perform detailed, quantitative analysis to drive fact-based insights to address our Resource client’s most challenging issues. These issues typically entail a broad spectrum of challenges including cost reductions, working capital improvements, lead-time reductions and overall operational execution.
As an Accenture Consultant in our supply chain practice focused on Resource clients, you typically will serve alongside a project team dedicated to one client, receiving guidance from the engagement delivery manager. Project teams work onsite with the client team, typically requiring local, national, and international travel as required.
