Purpose of the Job
The Project Contract Manager is responsible for the Contract Management of one or several projects from contract award up to the final acceptance of the work and final account.

Organisational Reporting
Hierarchical reporting: Legal & Contract Management: Contract Management Director (Region) or deputy.
Functional reporting: Project Manager or Customer Director (CD/MD)

Transport Legal & Contract Management Department / in-house lawyer
Customers, internal (Participating Units) and external partners
Product / Platform teams
Contract Managers Community
Sourcing, Procurement and other Sub Systems.
Tender teams & Business Development
Performance Measurement
Contractual deliverables on time.
Timely processing of project variation requests / orders, Extension of Time (EoT), and claim files preparation.
