Sales Manager - Ejadah Management Consultancy

JOB SUMMARY:

To develop and deliver the sales and margin budgets in order to fulfill the strategic goals for the Company in Saudi Arabia.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Accountabilities

• Manage the commercial profitability of the company products and strategic planning to ensure budgets are met.

• Develop sales and marketing plans for submission and approval from management team, to develop and expand the existing business.

• Work in co-ordination with team of sales people of our Local Partners as well as our existing team in the region and ensure goals and objectives are in line with the Company.

• Achieve Sales and Product Mix target -offering Company products and services to contractors in MEP / Steel & Metal / Façade / Interior Finishing / Oil & Gas / Industries

• Maintain, establish and build key relationships with decision makers.

• Leading a team of Field sales Engineers and Specification Consultants.

• Achieving Financial and Marketing targets through exclusive partners.

• Develop existing product and introduce new products with the support of the Company Team.

• Increase Company product penetration in large scale construction projects.

• Leading to increase of Company share of wallet in the Key account’s projects.
