• Prepare Cost Estimates.
• Review the Tender Documents, i.e. B.O.Q, Drawings and Specifications to recognize the scope of the Project.
• Look after all commercial aspects of Project Planning, Estimation and Cost Management consisting of Tender Preparation, Risk Analysis, Quantity Survey of Construction projects, Client Monthly Progress Invoices, Earned Value Management, Cost Reports, Cash Flows, Forecasts, Variations, Claims, revision analysis and interpretation of all contract agreements with clients, suppliers, consultants and contractors.
• Preparing Mechanical Design Drawings (in the Tendering stage).
• Collecting, Studying and Selection of the appropriate Offers for the Civil and Mechanical Works from Sub-Contractors, Manufacturers and Suppliers; with regular inquiry follow ups.
• Making Cost comparison in case of multiple offers to select technically and commercially suitable proposals.
• Check Quantity Take off Tables (done by Q.S.) from Tender Drawings and Documents.
• Application of Value Engineering to arrive the maximum cost saving without affecting the technical aspects of the Project requirements.
• Preparation of the Final Tender's Technical and Financial Proposals.
