Previous experience in a Product Management or Product Development, or Application Support roles;
Online Banking experience within the Financial Services industry;
Experience with various delivery channels including internet, and/or mobile;
Strong knowledge of web development for on-site support of corporate customers’ B2B integration efforts;
Ability to write product documentations like Business Case, Product Program and Procedure documentations;
Ability to closely work with cross-functional teams like Application Development, Operations, and Sales to deliver system changes to customer; and
Understand Product development lifecycle, product strategy, product planning and issue prioritization.
