At least 3 years’ of financial industry experience;
Previous experience of cards business;
Manage end-to-end relationship with customers and vendors during planning, implementation, and developmental phases of the product;
Gather all technical requirements from business partners and transform them into a tailored solution using knowledge and expertise of Card Issuing and payments processing platforms used in the financial services industry;
Ability to prepare a customer deliverables plan and track changes and provide reporting to Senior Management;
Ability to write product documentations like Business Case, Product Program and Procedure documentations;
Proficiency to play significant role in the overall product development, implementation process, and work with cross-functional teams to meet implementation and product development deadlines;
Inclination to help corporate customers by proactively addressing their day to day operational issues.
