• Direct the maintenance and repair of all equipment, facilities and buildings.
• Ensures all maintenance related activities are in compliance with environmental policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain formalized predictive and preventive maintenance programs
• Responsible for proper record keeping of all breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and building problems.
• Responsible for proper scheduling of all breakdowns to properly support the facility.
• Responsible for supervision, control, discipline, training, and instruction of all Maintenance Staff.
• Provide weekly reports, monthly reports, and maintenance outline for downtime and outage.
• Identify improvement opportunities in the maintenance department and utilize Lean tools to implement necessary changes.
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to facilitate repairs and maintenance of building and equipment.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of outside contractors.
