Our client is looking for a Leasing Director to establish, Lead and Operate best practice leasing in the leasing teams across the entire asset portfolio (residential, retail and offices); to maximize tenant occupancy.

Our client is one of Saudi Arabia's larger Real Estate developers with a large asset portfolio. Over the last few years, they have focussed on residential developments and large master plans across the kingdom.
Description
- Establish and manage the lease planning procedures (at each project) to:
Analyze the property features, tenant demand and competing properties
Develop the target Tenant Mix (tenant segments) for the property Assess and recommend Rent Levels for each type of property
- Participate in setting the management fees and service charges for each project
- Participate in developing and updating the Standard Lease Agreements for each project
- Establish and manage the lease management procedures (at each project) for:
Tenant Enquiry management High quality viewing and leasing environment Tenant viewings, lease applications and lease negotiations Short term leases and license
- Negotiations for tenant Lease Renewals
- Participate in the Marketing Plan and programs for each project
- Participate in the Tenant Advertising Campaigns for each project
- Establish and manage procedures (at each project) to:
Develop and update the Leasing Plan (rents, space availability, expiry dates)
- Participate in developing and achieving the 3-year Property Business Plan at each project
- Participate in developing and achieving the Annual Budget at each project
- Management and supervision of all leasing staff
- Ensure the retention and control of Enquiries and Lease Records at each project
- Participate in the development and update of the Tenant Guidelines at each project
Profile
Degree or diploma in marketing, real estate or business administration with a minimum of 20 years' or more experience in property leasing, real estate agency or property management experience.
