Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or higher.
Responsibilities:
• Design & Architect Systems.
• Design & Architect Reference Architectures for specific systems.
• Involve in projects to review and to engage in architectural decisions.
• Advocate technology and maintain architecture references repository.
• Document all architecture related designs & decisions.
Requirement:
• 7+ years of professional software development experience. And minimum 3+ experience in system design and architecture.
• Experience working in a highly complex environment.
• Expert in object oriented software and SOA design patterns that utilize technical, integration, and component architecture techniques and methodologies that achieve high performance, flexible, portable, reusable, resilient, and ease of maintenance objectives across middleware and application boundaries.
• Ideal candidate brings a wealth of in-depth hands-on expertise and learning experiences with specialized skillsets in the areas of object pooling, caching, resource contention management, database persistence, threading, state management, and overall best practice service design.
• Must possess current expert skills in developing software using java, Java EE, and Oracle database technology as well as exhibit deep knowledge of Web Service technology, BPM and DMS.
• 5+ years of experience with server-side technologies and major application servers
• The job holder must have a record of strong performance and be a trusted professional with a high level of credibility
• The incumbent must have team building skills, mentoring skills and the ability to motivate people and teams
