PURPOSE:
To assist and support Jed NC's Accounts department. Partial responsibility of Receivable, Payable and General Ledgers.
OBJECTIVES:
Professional tasks
• Undertakes the responsibility of Jed NC's accounts as mentioned below.
RECEIVABLE:
• Supervise and control Jed NC's customer credit limit.
• Over all control and monitor on Jed NC's Credit Limit facility, renewal, expiry
checking, etc
• New account opening in ACON
• Coface insurance entries: Addition, deletion, and renewal etc...
• Notification in Coface in case of overdue over 140 days.
• Notify Jed ZF in case of disputes
• Jed NC, Cash and Cheques receipts booking
• Control on Cash and Cheques deposits
PAYABLE:
• Registration of thirty party invoices
• Jed NC, all kind of third party invoices bookings
GENERAL LEDGER:
• Preparation of petty cash statement
• Jed NC Petty cash bookings
• General voucher entries
• General Tasks
• Petty cash handling
• Preparation of Daily Finance Report
• Preparation & Distribution of clearing exchange rates
• Filing of vouchers
• Assisting external and internal auditors
• Conscientiously follows superiors' instructions
• Handles responsibilities in a comprehensible way and manner.
• Assist and support Jed ZF and Jed ZF-A, whenever required.
• Time to time job assignment other than the above.
• The Objectives which are laid out in the above documentation are not exhaustive and you will be required to act wholeheartedly in the interests of the company, as such you will be required to perform any reasonable duties or tasks of which the Management requests.
