* Execute preventative maintenance in accordance with preventative maintenance plans and procedures relevant to the process Analysers.
* Contribute to the planning of turnaround and participate actively to carryout safety surveys and supervision of both in-hose and vendor / contractor personal to ensure completion of agreed schedule, scope and quality and ensuring safe working at all time .
* Carryout troubleshooting and repairs, monitor equipments performance; contribute to the design and review of modification proposals to unexplored capabilities of the system . Monitor the job execution by the contractors ( As appropriate ) to ensure continuous improvement / optimization of equipment performance and safety.
*Work closely with production and engineering departments in any control strategy changes in order to improve the operability of equipment and plant operation . coordinate with internal and external facilities for smooth functioning of analyser systems thus providing support to operations for improved plant performance .
*keep improving the system with latest information & its implementation .
*analyze the chronic problems and find the suitable and effective solution with minimum downtime .
