Assistant Sales Manager - M.A.Sharbatly Co

We have visas for Egyptian candidates.



- Responsible for achievement of the targeted sales values & margin.

- Developing business plans in consultation with the Commercial Director for achieving turnover, revenue and market share growth and ensuring their implementation in coordination with sales and marketing team.

- To regularly review business & to implement activities to ensure that sales targets are met with.

- To maintain good customer relation by solving and/or helping the team to solve customer complaints promptly.

- To ensure that the availability & visibility of our products is maintained at all times by regularly following up on the route visits of the sales team.

- To ensure that optimum service is given to our customers at all times.

- To contribute to better management decision making by providing timely market related information to superiors.

- To improve the sale ability of the brands by managing the use of merchandisers & the application of merchandising practices.

- To maintain a healthy & safe working environment by personally adhering to, & ensuring the adherence of my team, to policies & procedures on health, safety & hygiene.

- To help the team to meet or exceed job expectations by monitoring, coaching & motivating them.

- To ensure that the team is equipped with skills & knowledge for the job by providing training that address clearly defined training needs.

- To oversee the efficient performance of day-to-day activities by monitoring the compliance of individuals to procedures on pre-selling, selling & post-selling activities.

- To ensure optimum use of material resources provided for the sales area by regularly monitoring & dealing promptly with problems arising from usage by and accountability of individuals.

- To ensure the effective management of credit accounts within the area by implementing the company’s Credit Control Policy.

- To sustain positive team spirit by treating individual team members fairly & dealing with problem situations firmly & decisively.

- Gain in depth knowledge of market by visiting markets regularly.

- Performs any other assigned duties by your direct manager.
