The Role:
To Strengthen and Enhance company image/brand and ensure that all corporate communication/advertising activities will be as per Zain branding guidelines.
The Responsibilities:
* Ensure all public relation, media activities are published as per Zain branding guidelines by designing/reviewing art work, media material.
* Initiate internal communication activities that will increase branding awareness and loyalty for the employee.
* Recommending and implementing changes where necessary to ensure branding objectives are met.
* Brief branding agency and ensure work is progressing to agreed timelines and quality.
* Measure and monitor the effectiveness of corporate branding communication, and track their performance/affectivity.
* Manage the media agency on planning, evaluation maintaining their deliverables.
* Plan, supervise and review individual performance and provide regular feedback, developing opportunities and couching, taking prompt action where necessary.
