The Role:
BSIM is responsible of reduce launch risk by systematically testing the operational readiness before launch of a product and service. Process simulation requests which requested by different departments such as Marketing, Logistics and CS.
The Responsibilities:
* Provide launch readiness assessments to ensure full management visibility of the real readiness of the operation for a product launch by doing Pre & post launch testing.
* Raise any issues or gaps to the appropriate level at an early stage to give time to rectify or decide on any critical issues prior to the launch by proper reporting and analysis.
* Provide post launch test results to insure the product stability and across all customer life-cycle.
* Encourage Team to initiate problem solving methods & ideas Sharing Knowledge
* Share testing results with P&S committee, product owner & management.
* Monitor number of BSIM test conducted.
