Financial and Operation4 Management
1.Resource planning and mobilization in line with requirements of the company
2.Finalization of annual budgets and accounts
3.Ensuring compliance with appropriate Accounting Standards, regulatory and statutory requirements
4.Maintain internal controls and safeguards
5.Build IT enabled environment in Finance
6.Manage cash flows and forecasting
7.Optimize the handling of banking relationships
8.Oversee budgeting and implementation of budgets so as to monitor progress and present financial metrics both internally and externally
9.Monitor the Company's performance in keeping with investments guidelines laid down by the board
10.Recoveries and disbursements and their procedures
11.Credit rating
12.Vetting of investment proposals relating to entire operations before submission to CEO or Board or Board's committee.
13.Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team
14.Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team
15.Manage the accounting, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments.
16.Manage any third parties to which functions have been outsourced.
17.Oversee the company's transaction processing systems.
18.Implement operational best practices.
19.Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions.
