Assisting in the cultivation and development of producer and consultant contacts in the assigned territory.
Building strong relationships with the Insurance Partner in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Maintaining contact and opportunity data in software package.
Developing research and material around potential prospects and marketplace data.
Maintaining awareness of competitive landscape.
Producing sales of International and Regional product through direct and producer distribution channels.
Producing and facilitates with large case sales efforts, and lead generation.
Articulating the Aetna Global Value Proposition.
Supporting the cross-sell efforts within the region and in international both for traditional insurance products as well as HMS and other services.
Responsible for the development of strategy in large case RFP responses.
Coordinating marketing efforts such as mailers, e-mail communications and product updates.
Managing the KSA office to achieve customer service standards, efficiency and profitability.
Monitoring the performance of direct reports and identify training and development needs to meet competency standards.
Taking responsibility to always actively treat customers fairly (TCF) and support / drive any TCF initiative.
Working closely with the Dubai based account management team to deal with service issues and challenges for clients.
