Country sales Manager

One of the major and highly reputable electric material suppliers in the Kingdom is looking for;



Country Sales Manager



The holder of this position will manage and direct the sales operation across the kingdom, providing operational, sales, and business support and leadership for area sales managers and their teams of sales people & branches. He will lead the sales force into achieving yearly targets, increase company's market share, penetrate new market segments, and raise company gross profitability margins.



Key Responsibilities:



-Maintain, build, and expand relations with key clients and market players .

-Develop and manage the strategic country sales plan, sales forecasts, and targets distribution in collaboration with Area Sales Management Team.

-Align sales strategy and plan with company profitability targets.

-Lead and take responsibility of increasing company's market share and sales growth.

-Monitor and assist in achieving sales targets for each area and the Kingdom.

-Build, train, and manage strong Area Sales Management Team.

-Build, expand, and manage a strong sales force and channels across the Kingdom.

-Coordinate and cooperate with procurement, inventory, logistics, and other departments in lowering costs, maximizing value added, and enhancing synergy across departments.



Key Performance Indicators:



-The achievement of quarterly and annual targets

-Quality and accuracy of sales forecasting

-The success of increasing market share and profitability margins as agreed upon with senior management.

-The ability to develop a strong sales force across the Kingdom.

-The quality of management reporting, external relationship management, and internal cooperation building.



Key Qualifications



-Bachelors degree in Engineering

-MBA is preferred

-Fluency in both Arabic and English

-10+ years of progressive experience, including at least 3 years in senior sales management position in energy management & electric equipment industry

-Proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding targets.
