CS Training Supervisor - Zain Group - Saudi Arabia

The Role:



Responsible of leading a customer care training specialists' team to support the training and development of employees in their assigned function.



The Responsibilities:



* Ensure that the performance of the Customer Service is reviewed at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectivenes.

* Assessing opportunities for improvement and the need for changes to the QA through DNA & TNA.

* Manage the outsource partner's training & development activities to ensure the maximum alignment among all CS representatives.

* Create and implement training project plans for development of new and revised training programs including resource management and communication plan.

* Sponsor and lead teams to perform internal and cross functional department related projects that may include investigating, analyzing, formulating.
