POSITION PURPOSE:

The Move One Destination Consultant is the primary point of contact for the assignee during any destination service.
استشاري الوجهات هو نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية في حالة تقديم اي خدمة للوجهات
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS TASKS:
المسؤوليات / الواجبات / الوظائف المهام: قائمة من المسؤوليات المادية والواجبات الأساسية التي يجب أن تكتمل في تحقيق أهداف الوظيفة
Communicate effectively and efficiently to all customers, assignees and/or vendors (. realtors) and manage expectations - always be proactive;
التواصل بفعالية وكفاءة بجميع العملاء، المحال و / أو البائعين (أي أصحاب العقارات) وإدارة التوقعات و أن تكون دائما سباقة
Contacting the assignee and clearly explaining the service to be provided and any related procedures and time lines;
الاتصال بالعميل والشرح بوضوح الخدمة المقدمة وأية إجراءات ذات صلة و الوقت اللازم لذلك
Encouraging the assignee to visit the Move One City Guide as a valuable pre-arrival resource;
تشجيع العميل لزيارة دليل المدينة باعتباره الدليل الاساسي للعميل
Discussing and confirming service needs, interests and requirements with the assignee and establishing the “Service Key”;
مناقشة وتأكيد احتياجات خدمة ومصالح ومتطلبات العميل وتأسيس “مفتاح الخدمة”؛
Conduct orientation and homefinding visits with assignees in the company, or own vehicle.
إجراء اللازم لمساعدة العميل على العثور على المنزل المناسب و اجراء الزيارات معه.
Maintaining consistent contact with the assignee throughout the service;
الحفاظ على التواصل بما يتفق مع العميل في جميع أنحاء الخدمة؛
Works closely with coordinator and junior consultant
العمل بشكل وثيق مع منسق ومستشار جديد
Recording vital service related information in viaRELO daily by completing comments, statuses, time-tracker, costs, and other fields;
التسجيل الدائم لجميع الاجراءات و الحركات اليومية ببرنامج
Providing clear and timely updates and service reports to any local Move One clients for whom they are providing services;
تقديم المعلومات و التحديثات اللازمة لاي من عملاء الشركة
Tracking upcoming expiration dates in viaRELO and notifying the appropriate contact (local HR, Lead Consultant, or HQ Regional Coordinator) of any expiration date notices;
تتبع تواريخ الانتهاء عبر برنامج
Immediately notifying their local Lead Consultant and/or their Regional Coordinator of any issues or challenges that may arise during a relocation service and documenting the issues/challenges in viaRELO, and placing the service on alert;
viaRELOإلاخطار الفوري في حالة ظهور اي نوع من المشاكل خلال اجراءات تقديم الخدمة و العمل على تحديث ذلك ببرنامج
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and awareness of their destination city by reading expat websites and publications;
العمل على تشجيع العميل بالاطلاع على موقع الشركة للتعرف على اخر اخبار المدينة
Assisting with any surveys or requests for relocation related information for their destination.
المساعدة مع أي مسوحات أو طلبات للحصول على المعلومات ذات الصلة من أجل نقل وجهتهم.
Provide excellent Customer Service to ensure customer issues are resolved.
تقديم خدمة العملاء بامتياز لضمان أن يتم حل القضايا العملاء.
Build long term relationships with all new customers, acting with integrity, building trust and credibility and ensure personal attention.
بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع جميع العملاء الجدد، و التصرف بنزاهة، و بناء الثقة والمصداقية وضمان الاهتمام الشخصي.
Demonstrate product/service knowledge to customers while building credibility.
إظهار المنتج / الخدمة للعملاء و المعرفة في حين بناء المصداقية.
Represent the organization in the region and at all meetings.
تمثيل المنظمة في المنطقة وعلى جميع الاجتماعات.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
تحديد وحل اسئلة العميل.
