Electrical Engineer with experience in interior decorating & fit out projects is highly required for:
A track record of delivering projects at site.
Experience in all duties of Electrical Engineer at site including checking & approving submittals by contractors, coordination between various disciplines/contractors to ensure work quality and design compliance.
Knowledge of international and local best practices and building codes in design.
DESIGN STAGE
1. Preparing plans and designs based on furniture design using computer-aided design (CAD),
2. Carrying out calculations & design for Lighting, Power Supply, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm, Low Voltage systems & transformers.
3. Recommending modifications to conception or production techniques or materials.
4. Preparing tender documents and BOQ’s with active involvement in tender review and analysis.
SUPERVISION STAGE
1. Scheduling submittals, shop drawings review and material approval within project time-frame.
2. Supervision of Electrical works and materials as per approved drawings & submittals. Also, coordinating for consultants inspections till final connections.
3. Attend Technical discussion with the Client at site meetings.
4. Develop detailed plans for testing / commissioning of all items.
