Strategic tasks

Technical and operational tasks
- Supervise the implementation of all the construction and engineering company constructors and farms, either through outside contractors or through existing teams.
- The receipt of preliminary and detailed designs and final projects and make sure they conform to the approved development research submitted to the director of production management to be adopted and direct in the next steps of the implementation of projects.
- Examine the bids submitted with the director of production management to be chosen executing agency for the project.
- Participation in the conclusion of agreements and their terms and negotiate and ensure compliance with the standards and designs required and expected costs and recommending actions to delete or increase the items which guarantees the right company and the success of the projects .
- Supervision of the insurance necessary for the maintenance of all buildings the company and its subsidiaries, shops and transport vehicles, boats, whether minor maintenance work carried out by technicians, or maintenance work in accordance with contracts signed with foreign companies .
- Prioritizing maintenance activities and the development of business and daily schedule tasks required and distribution of the maintenance staff, according to their abilities and competencies to ensure the implementation of activities in a timely manner and efficiency required.
- Follow-up to provide the necessary spare parts constantly and follow - up requests for technicians supplied by the Department of purchases by force.
- Planning programs and periodic preventive maintenance to avoid disruption of machines and mechanisms for factory machines and avoid suspensions operating unprogrammed and costly.
- Supervision of the periodic inspections on the machines, mechanisms and factory machinery.
- Study the development of machinery in factories and manufacturing modernization and development of spare parts.
General administrative tasks
- Meet periodically with his subordinates to follow the proceedings and study developments and discuss their proposals and take appropriate action.
- Supervise the process of the development of his subordinates and determine their training needs and assess the results of the training.
- Preparation of approved periodic evaluation of his subordinates according to scheduled dates with the statement required in accordance with recommendations of the performance appraisal system.
- Determine the requirements of human resources for the construction and maintenance department.
- Carry out any other duties or responsibilities at the commissioning of the production department manager.
