Looking for Saudi female customer care officers with IT background.
Typical tasks include:
1- Answering & providing customers with help needed
2- Sending technicians when required
3- Sending daily pending report to technicians in all areas
4- Following up with technicians regarding customers’ tickets; making sure they’re working according to a specified plan.
5- Providing technicians with all info they need to accomplish their work
6- Contacting banks for their support in special cases to proceed with their requests
7- Updating ticket’s remarks continuously so it would be easy to trace each request’s history
8- Receiving reports from technicians for each ticket and update their info in the system accordingly
9- Informing & guiding technicians regarding mistakes in their reports.
In case technicians are not supporting in any case as they should, their supervisor is to be informed immediately.
10- Calling customer after tickets are closed ensuring the following:
. Accuracy of customers’ info in the system
. Completion of the service
. Customer satisfaction of the way & time of the service been provided
. Customers have all needed (paper roll, training, and maintenance) in order to use our product
. Taking customer suggestions-if any- in order to enhance our service.
11- Generating different purpose reports as requested; banks, customers, delay report, etc.
