HR Administrator / اداري موارد بشرية - National Factory For Can Ends Ltd.(NAFCEL)

Main Purpose : Responsible for all jobs which required by the department Assisting Personnel Manager & co-ordinating, Public & Government relations.









Principal Accountabilities :



1. coordinate and execute day to day works with Government and Public relations departments.



2. Ensure all employee records are kept updated, Leave, Personal Details, Contracts etc. Updating time sheet of the factory employees and finalise timesheets for month end maintenance.



3. Ensure all Arabic typing jobs required by the passport department and others in the front office are completed in a timely manner



4. To ensure prompt recording of accident reports, received from Factory in the record book. Provide Monthly reports of activities of HR / Personnel department costs/requirements etc..



5. Liaise with Personnel Manager and all department heads to achieve continues improvement of HR / Personnel department. Utilize Public relation department, assist workmen with any local & Government authorities in Arabic language as and when required.



6. To work in safe and tidy manner, with respect to his own safety and personnel around him .



7. Experience in the field of Human Resources and Administration, and Saudi Arabian’s Labor Law .



8. Good Arabic and English languages skills/proficiency (Read, write, and speak) any other Language is a plus



9. Maintain personnel files and records, including annual leave records .
