As HR Manager, your objective will be to work side-by-side with the CEO and Management team to drive and strengthen the HR function and provide strategic input into the companies’ growth plans.
The firm is looking to bring it’s HR infrastructure up to a level of competence, efficiency and effectiveness in order to cater for the groups upcoming multi US$100m expansion plans and so the new manager will be developing the HR processes and implementing a new HR system to interact with the groups ERP.
As such we are looking for a high calibre individual with a strong generalist background with experience in all aspects of contracts administration, compliance, recruitment, visas, saudization, performance management, payroll, employee benefits, employee engagement and have good working knowledge of HR computer software.
