Provide legal support to sales during tendering.
Pre-acquisition - influence T&Cs before release to market, influence partner and client selection with Proposal & Business Development Director
Bid decision - take part in the bid decision, determine and document deviation strategy with sales
Bid preparation - lead preparation of T&C deviations, and negotiations where necessarysupport bid preparation
Consortium partners - draft and negotiate confidentiality agreements, pre-bid agreements, and consortium agreements with partners
Risk management - prepare and present the T&C section
Clarification and negotiation phase - lead negotiation of the T&Cs and contribute to the negotiation of all other parts of the contact with the “Proposal & Business Development” team.
Support in establishing project finance, bonding and export credit insurance arrangements, review and approve bonds/guarantees/securities.
Support in establishing project-related tax and insurance programs.
