Role Objectives:
To monitor specific service delivery processes and collate, prepare and analyse reports on the performance of services
Role Responsibilities:
• Review, understand and assess the service relevant delivery process (as allocated to the analyst by the service transition manager)
• Identify and report any weaknesses that need to be remedied and prepare the recommendation to mitigate the identified weaknesses service transition manager.
• Communicate and agree the mechanism for monitoring the process on an on-going basis
• Handle escalated issues and cases concerning Billers and Banks and identify ways to remedy problems
• Provide summary updates to HP and upper management on status of escalated cases
• Collect /collate operational reports issued by HP or other parties involved in the service
• Collate information from the incident logs recorded by the business service centre and monitor their resolution
• Assist in implementing analysis, reporting tools or other methods to collect more information
• Prepare information as required by the service transition manager
• Analyse operational information and report to the service manager on key operational problems and potential risks and underlying root causes
• Participate, as needed, in service improvement projects
• Participate in weekly/monthly update meetings with the business service team, banks and billers
• Extract date, optimize and customize monthly operations reports, and daily biller reports
• Prepare and assist the Operations KPI report
• Document department policies and procedures
