Payroll Administrator / Officer



Job Purpose:



To ensure timely and efficient payroll processing and provisioning of related employee services. Leads the payroll team and ensure they are fully trained and up to date with the latest legal requirements.



Accountabilities:



• Ensures new joiners are added to payroll systems in a timely manner.

• Reviews and endorse all required payroll transactions and reconciliations in a timely manner.

• Reviews all management incentive bonuses, salary deferrals, overtime hours, allowances and transport considerations before issuance of payroll slips.

• Oversees payroll processes and procedures and ensure these reflect business needs and best practices.

• Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and guidelines in KSA.

• Coordinates with audit teams when subjected to audits, both internal and external.

• Develops key performance metrics to be used in annual reviews for payroll personnel Train payroll staff members.

• Supervises, mentors and coach payroll support team on day to day activities and payroll related tasks, prioritization and work planning.

• Upgrades payroll software to enhance efficiency.
