Supervises the operation, maintenance, and supply chain of the whole Plant on the responsibility of the productivity, of the compliance to the sales plan as well as of the implementation of the development plans.
In cooperation with the Sales Manager, he is in charge to prepare and submit the annual production plan.
Participates with Sales Manager to the definition of the produced.
a. The availability of the raw material,
b. The capability of the process line,
c. The market demand and sales opportunities,
d. The production costs.
Decides of the Machine shut downs (date and duration)
Answerable for the “overall yield efficiency’ of the production line, budgeted production cost, and approved operating profit of the machine.
Leads the entire Production staff (process, finishing, utilities, procurement, maintenance etc., )
Approves the machine procedures and specifications and assures their application.
Approves the “monthly” production program.
Supervises the availability and approves the procurement of the raw material, chemicals, consumables required for the production program.
Approves the down time of the process line in order to maintain both efficiency and availability of the machine at the required target.
Considered to be the main link between manufacturing and other support functions such finance and other support area.
He is the Chairman of the Manufacturing Safety Committee and is responsible for the compliance of the safety regulation/policy.
Implement and maintain Quality, Safety and Environmental standards according to ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007, and ISO 14001:2004
